Medication Mangement

Service Description

Effective medication management can assist with reducing symptoms associated with an individual diagnosis. Working with our preferred provider will assist individuals to receive the most appropriate treatment plan to improve one's mental health. In order to receive medication management through our preferred providers, clients will have to receive therapy twice out of the month at Changing Lives Therapeutic Service. Medication management is only available for North Carolina residents at this time.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule within 24 hrs, please call and reschedule. However, your card will be charged for the full session. If canceling or rescheduling within 48 hrs your card will be charged $50.00. This cancellation policy does not apply to individuals that are using Medicaid as payment for services.
