OFFICE-BASED THERAPY

Life throws many surprises at us, and while we cannot predict the outcome of any situation, we can take control of how we respond to certain situations. Office-based therapy is conducted in an office setting to assist our clients with relationship concerns, parenting challenges, adjustment issues, depression, anxiety, and anger management. Counselors work with individuals to help improve partner, professional, family, and personal relationships, recover from trauma and loss, and adjust to life challenges and major transitions in the office setting.

TELEHEALTH THERAPY

Telehealth therapy is the use of telecommunication technologies to provide health care services to our clients remotely. The main aim of telehealth is to ensure that our clients that are suffering from mild to manageable conditions receive care. It can generate a sort of self-reliance when it comes to managing their condition. Telehealth therapy creates an avenue for our clients to have the same experience they would have at your therapist’s office, all at the comfort of their own home. In a nutshell, it is the process of a therapist giving you counseling online.

PEER SUPPORT SERVICES

Peer Support Services at Changing Lives Therapeutic Service are provided in flexible, community-based settings designed to meet individuals where they are and support real-life recovery goals.
